For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:

  • The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the purchaser (though the original shipping cost will be refunded).

  • The item is returned in its original, unmarked and unopened packaging.

  • The following products are not eligible for return:

    • bespoke orders (cards and canvases)

    • any items of jewellery

    • any item that has been open and/or used

    • any special offer or sale priced item.

  • All refunds will be completed upon receipt of the item.

Cards and Canvases

As all cards and canvases for sale by Lozziwoo on this website (and from the Poynton Boutique) are bespoke, made to order items based on the personalisation details you provide, we can not offer returns or refunds for any fault other than a manufacturing defect (which excludes any element of the personalisation). Lozziwoo does not check any of the personalisation text provided via the ordering system on this website so any errors that occur as a result of being provided incorrectly cannot be returned or refunded.

Delivery Damage

If a delivery arrives with you damaged, please contact us using the contact form and take photographs of the damaged packaging. We offer no guarantee over items posted using Royal Mail First Class postage, but items delivered via Special Delivery are insured for their value. In order for us to recover the costs from Royal Mail we may require you to fill in a claims form, so please ensure you photograph and retain all damaged packaging and items.
