Delivery and Collections

During the current Coronavirus (Covid-19) period we have updated our options for delivery:


Collect From Store

  • Order any any gift or personalised card online for collection from our Poynton Boutique.

  • Collection times are during our current reduced opening times of 10am to 2pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. (We are operating within Government Covid Guidelines.)

  • You will receive an email letting you know when your order is ready for collection.

  • Please allow up to two 'shop open days' for your order to be ready.



  • All orders are currently posted out to anywhere in the UK to the delivery address you provide.

  • We are currently working to produce and process all orders for despatch within approx 2 'shop open days' from date of order (please note these times may extend over Bank Holiday weekends and peak periods).

  • All orders are despatched via Royal Mail first class post. Unfortunately we cannot control the period of time it takes to arrive with you, that is governed by Royal Mail and is subject to their terms and conditions and any Covid-19 delays.

  • You will receive an email notification when your order is despatched.

  • We currently have four rates for postage, updated to reflect the Royal Mail prices as of June 2020.

    • Small items, including all cards and small gifts.

    • Medium items, including the majority of our gifts that weigh less than 1kg.

    • Large or heavy items, these are gifts that require a medium or larger size box or weigh over 1kg.

    • Personalised Canvases. Due to the size and fragility these are in a higher postage bracket, we therefore highly recommend that these are ordered for collection only from our Poynton Boutique.


  • These delivery options may change at any time due to the daily changing conditions of the Coronavirus pandemic.
