Delivery and Collections
Please Read First - About Our Cards
All our cards are individually handmade by Jacqueline Jackson upon receipt of your order. This process involves starting with a blank piece of card, which is then hand illustrated on the front and our business details printed on the back. They are then trimmed and scored and any embellishments such as crystals are applied and the card is folded and placed on our drying lines.
When the card is dry, the message you put on your order is then hand written on the front before being matched with an envelope and sealed in a protective bag.
All this happens in the studio area at the back of our Poynton Boutique. As you can imagine, all this takes time, which is why we state it may take a few days for your order to be ready.

As each card is handmade to order (see above) it can take between 1 and 3 working days for your order to be made before being ready for collection (and up to 4 working days from mid November and all December).*

You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect.

Collection is from Lozziwoo in Poynton during our normal hours (see here).*

Can I come to the Poynton Boutique and buy a card I've seen on this website? As all cards are made to order we can't guarantee we will have the card you've seen available - it's always best to order here first to avoid disappointment. Please note we can't take orders by phone, message, or social media.
Delivery

Orders can be posted to anywhere in mainland UK to the address you provide at check-out.

Our current delivery methods are Royal Mail and Evri. Please see their respective websites for any service notifications.

Delivery is free on all orders £35 and over.
