All artwork and designs are copyright of Lozziwoo. Designs and images cannot be reproduced or transmitted in any form without prior written permission.

The client is responsible for obtaining permission for printed reproduction of any images, photographs and text including hymns or songs. The client indemnifies Lozziwoo against any action brought against it for breach of a third parties copyright.

Data Protection
Any information given during the course of enquiring and ordering we may use to assist our administration and for future marketing initiatives. 

Lozziwoo will not share any information the client supplies with a third party. All data is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Wedding Stationery Samples
Our wedding stationery samples prices are design dependent and are available in the Poynton shop upon request.

Wedding Stationery Quotes
Prices quoted will be from the current price list. Our service includes one free quote and up to two quote adjustments. Additional quotes are charged at £25 per quote. All quotes are valid for 30 days and are subject to our approval of the clients information.

Ordering
Our service includes a one hour consultation at our premises. We request that all consultations and visits be by appointment only.

Text and Wording
Text should be typed clearly and emailed to Lozziwoo. Please type in upper and lower case as required, regardless of your chosen typeface. Text not provided in this format will incur an administrative fee and may result in delays. It is Company policy to never re-type any copy supplied to prevent additional errors from being introduced and to ensure all copy appears exactly as the client intends. 

Lozziwoo is not responsible for any errors or omissions, spelling or otherwise in the text supplied by the client. 

Lozziwoo can advise on text and wording for invitations and cards upon request.

Wedding Stationery
Before any wedding stationery is made, Lozziwoo will provide the client with a proof copy. This proof provides you the opportunity to ensure that the wording, colours and fonts are as requested, as supplied and as you wish them to appear. Proofs are made available from our Poynton shop. It is the responsibility of the client to check proofs within the agreed timescale to prevent any delays to the stationery being made. Any amendments should be clearly detailed on the proof, which must be returned to Lozziwoo. 

Lozziwoo will provide two sets of proofs free of charge for approval before production. Amendments can be supplied in two formats: For minor amendments they should be clearly marked on the proof. For larger amendments a revised text document should be emailed in conjunction with the return of the proof, clearly stating the changes. If the client wishes to make further amendments after the second proof has been submitted there will be a discretionary charge of up to £25. 

The approved proof must be signed and returned to Lozziwoo before production can begin. Any alterations beyond final approval will incur further charges based upon the time taken and costs incurred by Lozziwoo. 

Please note Lozziwoo is not responsible for any errors or omissions not found by the client at the proofing stage.

Deposit and Payment
Orders cannot commence without a completed brief and a 50% deposit. Final payment is due on completion and is due upon collection. All prices quoted include VAT at the current rate.

Payment of the deposit is understood to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Production and Deadlines
Stationery is made to order and lead times vary. The client will be advised of current lead times at the time of ordering. Express orders are accepted at our discretion and may incur a £75 fee or 10% of the order value whichever is greater. All times are approximate and subject to change.

Cancellation
Orders cancelled after the hard copy proof has been collected will be charged at 50% of the order value. 

Orders cancelled after the hard copy proof has been approved and returned will be charged in full and the balance is due immediately.

Refunds
Since all work carried out is bespoke, personalised and handmade to order, Lozziwoo does not refund or replace unwanted goods. Please see the cancellation policy above. In the unlikely event of faulty goods Lozziwoo should be notified immediately, no later than 3 working days from receipt of your stationery and the stationery should be returned in full to Lozziwoo in the original packaging.

Upon inspection if the stationery is deemed to be faulty on the part of Lozziwoo the stationery will be corrected or replaced with the same. In the event that this is not possible Lozziwoo reserves the right to offer an alternative or similar replacement.

In the unlikely event that Lozziwoo cannot correct or replace the stationery, Lozziwoo will offer a refund for the faulty goods only if part of the order is faulty or a full refund if the whole order is faulty. Should the client choose to keep the faulty goods Lozziwoo will refund 10% of the costs.

If upon inspection the stationery is deemed to be incorrect due to errors or omissions that were not spotted by the client during the proofing process Lozziwoo is not liable (see 'Proofs' above), replacement stationery would be at our discretion and charges would be based upon the time taken and costs incurred by Lozziwoo.

Lozziwoo is not liable for the cost of additional work carried out (eg calligraphy) on faulty stationery.

Delivery
Lozziwoo always request that the client collect proofs and orders in person, but should circumstances change to prevent and which may affect the deadline, orders can be despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will need to be signed for upon receipt. Delivery costs are paid for by the client and will be added to the final invoice. Whilst every care is taken to pack the order Lozziwoo cannot be held liable for late delivery and loss or damage in transit. Responsibility for damage to or loss of goods shall pass to the customer at the time of accepting delivery.

Delivery of handmade cards ordered online: cards can be collected in person from the shop once they are made and complete, an email will be sent when they are ready. Alternatively, cards can be posted out to an address subject to payment being made for the postage (as per the ordering page). Any cards posted are done so via standard first class postage and as such become subject to Royal Mail's terms and conditions of service. Lozziwoo can not be held responsible for late delivery, especially at peak times (such as Christmas) or for the condition the cards arrive in. Any complaint regarding late or damaged goods should be directed to Royal Mail. We will endeavour to assist in any dispute by supplying proof of postage. (Delivery is also covered by the terms of Force Majeure.)

Marketing
We reserve the right to use any stationery we create to promote our products and services.

Force Majeure
Lozziwoo will endeavour to supply the client as agreed but cannot be held liable for situations beyond it's control, for example, discontinued materials and postal disputes, Act of God, War, Terrorism, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond the control of Lozziwoo.

Our Products
The client should be aware that our products and packaging are not suitable for children. 

As all stationery items are handmade the client accepts there will be slight variations between items. As Lozziwoo stationery is made to order minor variations in colour, texture, size and positioning can occur and do not constitute a fault. Lozziwoo cannot be held responsible for the natural ageing of products nor be held responsible for how our products are handled by the postal system.

Colour variations between images on this and other websites and finished product: Due to the difference between monitors (projected light) and finished cards (reflected light) we can not guarantee that the colour you see online will match that of the delivered/collected item. We ensure that the photography when taken matches the actual product, but can not control how it is viewed after that.

Charges and Fees
If further artwork is required or additional proofs, consultations, illustrations or maps are necessary or requested then Lozziwoo will initially advise the client on applicable fees which are at the following rates: Additional Artwork, Consultations, Map Work of £60 per hour. Administration and Proofing fee £45 per hour. 'Out Of Hours' work, £120 per hour.
