How do I order a personalised card?
Ordering from our online shop is easy!
Once you've decided on the design of your card, type your personal message in the box then add to basket. When you've finished shopping simply go to your basket and proceed to checkout. Enter your details, pay by credit or debit card and it's done! We use Paypal to process all payments securely - you do not need a Paypal account to pay with your debit or credit card.
How long will it take?
As each card is handmade to your order, please allow up to 3 working days (excluding Mondays, when the shop and studio is closed) for it to be made before it's ready to be posted or collected.
You will receive an email letting you know when your order has been despatched. Please note that during busy periods it may be longer, so look out for messages on the website detailing current delivery times. Currently we use Royal Mail First Class post to deliver your items within the UK only. All postage and packaging costs are calculated by the weight of your order and are shown in your basket.
Can I collect my order from the Poynton shop?
Yes! Simply select this as a delivery option in your shopping basket. Your order will normally be available to collect approx 2 working days (excluding Mondays, when the studio is closed). You will receive an email letting you know when your order is ready for collection.
